Pink Ribbon’s team of home care workers, cleaners and support workers are some of the most experienced in the industry. We maintain high support standards by providing all employees with regular training and professional development opportunities. Our staff are fully insured and trained in providing the best NDIS disability care. No matter what your needs are, we are here for you.

In 2015 I completed my Diploma of Counselling. PRCSA initially operated as an Employment & Training initiative. I was so inspired by the difference we were making that when the NDIS came to the Sunshine Coast, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I’m passionate about assisting people not only with their goals but making lifelong friends. I enjoyhelping our participants achieve milestones that they didn’t think were possible and seeing them become more confident within themselves. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my husband and children.

Dani Forde

I joined the disability and care industry because I wanted to make a difference in my community. After completing my Certificate III in Administration, I spent many years working helping people in customer-based roles. I enjoy helping our participants access the essential services they need to live a fulfilling life. I’m a great communicator and pride myself on going above and beyond to assist our participants with any problems or queries they may have. My hobbies include camping, fitness and spending time with my partner, dog, friends & family.

I love working with NDIS participants because I know we’re making a real difference in their lives and those of their families. I always make sure that all our participants feel heard and valued in the community. I get to work with a great team of people and our participants. I love travelling and exploring new places and spending time with my friends and family.

Karen Gribble

Before becoming a home care worker, I worked as a learn-to-swim teacher for children with disabilities. I enjoyed helping others and assisting people to reach their goals so much that I pursued a career in CommunityServices. Since then, I’ve spent the last 10+ years supporting people with disabilities in the homes and in the community in a variety of roles. I support my participants by providing a calm, open and respectful environment where they feel heard. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and two dogs at the beach.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors with my children, going camping, fishing, walking and 4WD driving.

I love to travel and keep active outdoors, including hiking, swimming, snorkelling or scuba diving.

Chloe Macionis

I started cleaning after school when I was 16 in the UK. When I came to Australia, I worked for a range of luxury hotels on the coast. I have always enjoyed cleaning, and I decided to get into the disability sector to help people feel clean and relaxed in their own homes. I love chatting with our participants, making them laugh or lending an ear. They always know that I have their back. When I am not cleaning, I’m a mum, taxi driver and cheerleader for my three children. I love the beach; I could sunbathe all day!

Before joining the disability sector, I spent a decade in various roles in the hospitality industry. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships and helping my participants feel valued, important, and free to be themselves. I love that I meet so many different people and hear their stories. No two days are the same! I love going to the gym, beach, camping, and spending time with my partner and family in my spare time.

I have a range of cleaning experience in aged care facilities and nursing homes. I work fast and have an eye for detail which means I can interact more with participants and sometimes help out with a few extra jobs that make a big difference. I love cleaning, not only because I get to meet people, but it’s great exercise too! Outside of work, I like to do a bit of gardening, bushwalking and spending time with my friends.

I have spent the last 12 years in the cleaning industry and pride myself on delivering an exceptional clean, with a smile. I love being able to make a difference in our participants’ lives by ensuring their house is kept neat and tidy. I’m always looking for ways to help make things easier for my participants around the house. On the weekends, I have my grandkids, and they keep us busy! I enjoy swimming, going to the beach and renovating our home.

I go above and beyond for our participants to make sure they’re happy with their home or see if there’s anything else that I can do. When I’m not working, I spend time with my son and go walking, gardening and relaxing.

I love being able to help our participants around the house and live as independently as possible. I like to help people feel relaxed and stress-free in their own homes.
